Enhance Your Online Presence with Chambermaster Member Features

STEP 1: Login to Your Member Account

To access your member account, go to  Click on the Membership tab and then Member Login.  This takes you to the login page.  Here you will enter your username (your registered email address) and password.  Simply click Forgot Password, if you know your username but forgot your password; or  if you don’t know your membership login, please email us to request your login information.  Once logged in, you will see the Member Dashboard.  Here you will see a number of broad options such as your profile (personal & company information), message board and upcoming events.

STEP 2: Personal Information

You will want to ensure your personal information is correct, especially your email address.  If this information is not correct, you will be missing out on receiving important Chamber information.  Here you can also upload a photo of yourself so that you can be identified easier by Chamber members.  If you have any social networks you would like to share with the membership you can add them here as well.

STEP 3: Company Information

Organization Information

The main section here is all your contact information: company name, phone numbers, website, and address.  You can also include the date of establishment as well as the number of employees, etc.  This way you can take control of your member directory changes without waiting on Chamber staff to make them for you.

Website Information

This information will be visible to the public on the Chamber directory.  Please ensure this information is correct otherwise you could be missing out on new business.  Interested in your social media marketing?  You have the option to display your LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts connecting visitors to the Chamber Directory to your social media sites.

***For only $25/year, you can upgrade to an Enhanced Directory Listing where you can add your company logo, up to five photos and/or a video to further enhance your brand on the Chamber site.  Enhanced Directory Listings receive priority placement in the category, and a longer business description.  These features are not visible if you have a Basic Directory Listing.  Contact the Chamber office today to upgrade to the Enhance Package.

Map Pin Info

Put your business on the map by specifying you physical location on Google Maps with a map pin or address.

Membership Badge

Proudly display your association with the Warman Chamber of Commerce by placing this badge on your website.  Simply click “generate” to create a html that you can copy and paste to your website.


Promote a community deal, customer discount, or an upcoming sale by placing a hot deal on the Chamber website.  BE CREATIVE!!  If you think you don’t have a product to discount or a sale to add – think again – if you offer free consultations or estimates or maybe you have a complimentary seminar/workshop coming up, turn those into hot deals to bring attention to your business.  You can even run the same ad a couple of times but with different titles/descriptions to see which ad catches the visitor’s eye by checking your hot deals hit report.
